7th international organic wine award 2016
For the seventh time, the international wine competition has been taken place under the guidance of sensory experts and PAR system developer Martin Darting.
The transparent and easily comprehensible wine evaluation method according to the PAR-system takes the overall sensorial effect in consideration and therewith distinguishes the organic wines and wines of fungal disease resistant grape variety (PIWI).
The international award for organic wines has become one of the most important tastings in the wine sector. In the year 2015 220 wineries and distributors out of 20 countries with 923 organic wines have taken part a record attendance.
A highly professional taster jury and the incorruptible PAR-system enable an objective and therefore generally accepted and recognized evaluation procedure.
The results serve the wine makers as well as the consumers as an orientation basis.
Especially the wine makers appreciate this unique chance to compare one’s own performance standard internationally and to upgrade the own production by eventually receiving a prestigious evaluation result.
