
Corn starch quiche made with white wine ,,Rivers of Wine,,
Turning the pages of My Culinary Stories recipe book, I’ve found this recipe and decided to prepare immediately.
I was amazed with the unique combination of wine and corn starch turned into extraordinary piece of food.
I really recommend you to try!
There are no words to describe how delicious it is.
You can benefit from this recipe too because you can make several combinations with the additions you use, and adapt it just to your liking.

Corn starch quiche is prepared in only 5 minutes and baked for 30 minutes, so that in 35 minutes you have your own wonderfully prepared meal served at your dinner table.
Ingredients:
1 cup of white wine Rivers of Wine
1 cup of cooking oil
4 eggs
1 cup of corn starch
10 tbsp regular white flour
1 baking powder
150gr. grated cheese
100gr. smoked bacon
50gr. fine-cut mushrooms
1 tbsp dry oregano
Procedure:
First, mix all dry ingredients together: the corn starch, the white flour, the oregano and the baking powder.
Put together with the liquid ingredients – the white wine and the cooking oil.
Then, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks, and mix the yolks with food mixer until they become thick.
When egg whites are ready, add the yolks one after another with the mixer continually switched on.
It is time to add the liquid ingredients – wine and cooking oil.
Add all dry ingredients such as corn starch, white flour, oregano and baking powder. (Use adding spoon by spoon)
Switch off the mixer, and add grated cheese, fine-cut smoked bacon and mushrooms to the mixture.
Bake it at approximately 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
Finally, cut into cubes when it all makes cool, and serve it with a glass of fine white wine.
