Great accolades for Gran Reserva Serie Riberas. Wine Spectator’s most recent report on Chilean wines recognized the 2014 Gran Reserva Serie Riberas Carmenere with 90 points. It marked a new and important milestone for the brand in this publication.
The magazine, which annually tastes approximately 250 samples from Chile, also included the wine crafted by winemaker Marcio Ramírez on its Top Value list and named it a Smart Buy, placing the 2014 Gran Reserva Serie Riberas Carmenere among Chile’s best wines in the Super Premium category.
“A rich red, with concentrated flavors of dark plum, dried blackberry and mocha that are intensely spiced. Dark chocolate and mince pie notes show midpalate, followed by a lively finish.” Kim Marcus.
The 2014 vintage of the Carmenere from this line was awarded 90 points, included on the top value list, and named a Smart Buy in the influential us magazine.
